Early voting at the elections to the State Duma of Russia of the eighth convocation started at remote production facilities, camps and temporary accommodation facilities of the Sakhalin-2 project.
Early elections have already ended at the onshore processing facility (OPF) which is located in north-east Sakhalin.
“People voted in a calm and friendly environment. It was well facilitated without any complaints. Specialists from Nogliki Election Committee played significant role providing us with professional remote support’ − says Anastasia Berezina, OPF Lead Specialist.
The company made a lot of preparation work to provide the personnel with the opportunity to vote. Special voting points were identified in advance and the necessary equipment for voting was prepared, information materials were brought and made available for public use, the voting procedure was developed and approved to avoid any delays and interference with performance of production activities.
Early voting at remote facilities of the Sakhalin-2 project is available until 13 September and will end at PA-A, PA-B and LUN-A platforms.
